Refund policy

If you're not happy with your hand warmer, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, with no need to return it.

For other returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging; we'll share return instructions when you reach out. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
